Over a 25-year career in private capital markets, Samuel has built and led three investment firms, each focused on bridging institutional-grade capital strategy with the founders and developers who need it most. His work has taken him across the globe — including extended engagements throughout Southeast Asia, where he advised sophisticated private investors and family offices on alternative investment strategies and cross-border capital deployment.
Samuel's approach to capital is architectural, not transactional. IRC Partners was built on a simple conviction — the firms that win at raising capital don't just close one round, they build the institutional relationships and structural credibility to raise again and again. Previously, he founded Sheridan Legacy Group and White Field Capital Partners, led global investment and tax strategy as Managing Director and CFO at Rising Tide in Zurich, and consulted for top firms like Arthur Andersen and PwC. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
